We couldnt be more pleased with Kristen as our agent. Buying a home in California when living in Utah was beyond stressful and intimidating. We felt so supported and confident with Kristen. She was professional and put us first in every way. Its a bonus that she has lived in Ojai her entire life, she really understands the housing market and community there. We have had agents in the past who were pushy about their own agenda or made us feel uncomfortable when we needed to communicate, or expected them to simply do their job. It was clear Kristen takes her job as a real estate agent seriously and that she cared about us as clients. She was deeply committed to finding us the right home for the right price, in a very competitive marketplace, with low inventory. I dont believe we would have closed on our home, given the multiple offers it received, if it werent for Kristens advice on things, knowledge about the market and determination.
