My husband and I can be intense. We asked to see 6 homes in a day, all fixer uppers. Ammar kept up with us, asked if it was ok to offer advice, really listened to us, and was so professional. During the offer, counter offer, and escrow he answered questions day and evenings, went above and beyond, and always advocated for us. After the sell, he called/texted several times to check on us, and the house. We have called him asking for referrals to local trades people. We are now considering purchasing a property for a rental. We immediately called Ammar.

We looked at many home with a few agents in Ojai and I have to say that our experience with Ammar has been extremely nice. He has a very keen sense of the market, economy and the real estate hes selling and is extremely talented at triangulating those numbers and giving you a realistic picture of a property. His enthusiasm is not only infectious but encouraging when youre looking at so many homes! And he will never try to sell you a house for a sake of a sale - hes talented enough to meet with you, understand what you want and furnish you with details you need to make an informed and intelligent choice. Were glad we chose Ammar as our agent and would recommend him as a 10 on 10. Hes the best buyers agent to work with (and weve worked with some)!!!

Ammar is amazing! He truly cares about his clients and helping them find the best home for their wants, needs and budget. He is kind, thoughtful, listens to your wants/needs/style and makes it a priority to be available for his clients. It's beyond apparent that he loves what he does and his work product and successful results are reflective of his passion, knowledge and experience. He has an immense understanding of the market and home buying process as well as where great value lies and provides great ballparks on what home repairs/remodels could cost...and if he doesn't know, he has the connections to quickly find out. Working with Ammar was a great experience and I truly feel my home buying experience would have been much more stressful had he not been on my side . He was truly a joy to work with!

Ammar was absolutely AMAZING to work with. We listed our house with him right at the start of Covid 19. He was very helpful in determining a fair list price for the house based on detailed market data which he provided. He understands the Ojai Valley better than anyone given he's a local boy. He hired a professional to take photos inside and outside the house, created beautiful brochures for us and were super accessible. His Marketing is superb within 4 hours we had potential buyers setting up showings (even during Covid) - The house sold in 4 days and we ended up getting $10K more than we thought we would. He's a master negotiator. Ammar also helped us purchase our new home which is truly a dream come true! Throughout both transactions, my husband and I felt listened to, respected and like Ammar was truly fighting for us - making recommendations, helping us sort through numerous houses in the market and ultimately getting us the best price for the house we sold as well as our new home. Things are moving so fast in the Ojai Market and Ammar is well suited to deliver results quickly and efficiently for his clients. I would highly recommend him and I can safely say my husband and I both consider Ammar a friend after our experience.

My wife and I are first time home buyers. We were terrified of the home buying process. We got in touch with a few different realtors in ojai but they all either seemed way to busy to help us or they would take days or weeks even to respond to us. We needed someone that would answer our questions fast thats when we finally found ammar, our search for a realtor was over. The man is very knowledgable on all things real estate, he had a detailed answer for every single question we had. He takes time to explain things to us and knows the ojai market extremely well. We currently have an offer on a house in meiners oaks with him representing us. If that gets accepted we will finally be first time home owners! I was going to wait until the deal was finalized to post this review but I cant help but spread the word about our experience.
