        Family had consult. They said two days and we would get a call with estimates for full dentures. That was before Christmas, still not any word or attempt to contact us. Payed out of pocket for visit and would pay cash for new dentures. Dentist kept trying to talk us into implants! Finally had to firmly refuse. Family members current upper denture plate broke causing discomfort and pain. Just wanted to replace old with new. This office has yet to contact with estimate. We will take our business elsewhere. Just wanted to keep business local and support our community. Huge disappointment.

      Hi! Our protocol for call back is to place patients on a call back list and get back to them so we can go over all details risks alternatives options and benefits of the treatment plan. I totally under your frustration and honestly Im not sure how my team missed calling you back but I’m sure we being closed last week of the year and being inundated with last week work and emergencies has something to do with it! Everyone is human I’m sure they didn’t mean to not call you back purposely .
