Terrible, my mom was waiting more than 2 hours to check in during office hours, NO ONE helped her, what a way to ruin a vacation. Terrible attention and service, zero staff.

My wife was terrorized and harrassed by the man staying in Unit 11 while in the Hot Tub. I was able to find out what unit he was in and when I saw him and asked by he treated my wife so bad, he pushed me off some steps and I injured my leg. Resort management was told of the incident and that we had called the Police to file a report. Resort management did not evict the offensive man but told us to stay in our unit while he could roam free and cause damage or terrorize other guests. The next morning I was able to locate him and his party and took a picture of his car and license plate. He rushed me a few times and pushed me hard again. The Police were called and another report filed. The resort manager never contacted us to see how we were doing after the attacks. His manager was informed of the incidents and asked to contact us twice. Gave both email and phone numbers. The Operations Manager never reached out to us. So, poor security, poor customer service, lack of empathy or concern from management. Basically, you are on your own and they hope their cameras provide the Police the necessary information to go after the law breakers. Safety: Poor security, poor customer service, lack of empathy or concern from management. Basically, you are on your own after office hours.
