Tim is an excellent appraiser and was able to give me an accurate appraisal on a home that I was overpaying for. He is thorough and did additional research which found hard to find comparables. Tim was able to get me the report quickly without sacrificing quality and research. He has been in business over 20 years and knows the areas. I will use him again on my next home search. Thanks Tim!
