Amy was referred to us by another real estate agent we had worked with before. We recently sold our home in Vista, California after moving to another state. We handed the keys over to Amy on the day we moved, and she took over from that day on. She arranged everything from setting up our house for photo taking and open house. We took all our furniture, so she arranged for virtual staging, which came out beautiful. Within a day of listing our house, she was able to get us multiple offers and gave us expert advice on the pros and cons of each offer. After we accepted an offer, Amy worked with the buyer and her agent to go through the inspection process and subsequent work. Amy is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. She was very helpful and responsive throughout the process from finding a home, submitting an offer, winning the offer, and working through the escrow process.
