Great experience. Excellent price because they are a bit older, but they keep it up so well. Right by the beach, you don't even need to cross the road. Sauna, pool, and spa access. They even have a community room if you want to have a big get together. Such a great atmosphere! Beautiful gardens and fun fish ponds where you can feed the fish. Definitely going back.

Our family loves staying at North Coast villages! This year we stayed in unit D3, we were disappointed... Upon arriving at the condo our noses were assaulted by a very strong fish odor. The Wifi had very low coverage, sheets on bed were very old and stained (we thought they were dirty and so slept on our beach blanket) the master bed was in horrible condition peaked in the middle and dipped on each side, no extra sheets, not enough towels, clock did not work, The sofa sleeper was not serviceable could feel springs through thin mattress so my daughter had to sleep on a air mattress, shower curtain was moldy. To make things worse my daughter and I acquired some very strange bug bites during our stay, very painful and itchy. Aaron at NCV was helpful, but owners were not willing to help with the unacceptable mattress situation.
