Place is garbage, I work next to this place. Parking structure is for hhs employees and patients. Our company was authorized to park in structure and we were sent an email. Patients take up employee parking spots of surrounding businesses. We park in structure and the robocop secuirty guards tell us we can't park in structure. Ok, get all the patients out of our parking spaces for our business. Fair?! People living in the parking lot and leaving broken bottles etc. We're parking where it's safe and monitored. People drinking and doing drugs in parking lot regularly before and after methadone treatment. We find empty methadone bottles everywhere. Thanks hhs!

If you set your appt for an STD panel on Wednesday and it says it's closed when you put it in GPS, don't worry!!! I promise they will still be able to see you! The door is open. Just go in and turn right. =)

Actually quite a good experience every time I go there, especially because it is a county office right. The old spot always seem to be a hassle and didn't have a very good feel. Kind of a weird building anyway. The only reason I couldn't give it a five star is do to how slow it was moving. Probably not their fault . Probably running on a skeleton crew or some other Covid related reason. Overall Great experiences every time. Usually pretty friendly.

This new location is pretty awesome. Very clean, inconspicuous, plenty of parking & friendly atmosphere. My own insurance wanted me to drive down to chula vista for covid booster, a month from now. I got a covid & flu shot appt with PHC North County in a day, with ample appointments to choose from.
