We absolutely LOVED our stay in Carlsbad at the house on Poppy lane! Our host Erik was EXCEPTIONAL as he truly enhanced our stay to ensure all our needs were met for our cycling trip. He was super responsive, and also provided us with additional cycling items to support our trip. By far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had with a host. Erik felt like a friend more than just a property management host. Highly recommend this property or any others managed by Casago for an amazing customer service experience! 5 stars all the way

The property is 10 out of 10 - spacious, modern with everything catered for plus games and puzzles for leisure. First time we have an on-site walk through of the property with Erik. Never was this provided with all our other rentals, outstanding from other properties. So welcoming and the extra touches of soft drinks in fridge and snacks - absolutely exceptional. The walk through is helpful - property owners should note that not every visitor is local or American and we (Australians) are not always familiar with all the appliances etc. Location of property is great with proximity to lagoon for walks. Well be returning in September and will definitely try to stay at this property again.
