The staff and variety here is next to none from promptly answering phones to checking in on their guests to supporting them at checkout. Plus variety of food in addition to the vet prescribed stuff makes this one stop shop and must for my pet needs.

The employees of this store are extremely nice and welcoming. The grooming department washed our dog efficiently and had good communication. The reason for my low rating is the actual layout and products offered by this store. It is a depressing place to visit! The old Petco was so fun with its lively colors, fish, and other small animals to go see. But this place has tiny, I mean very narrow, ever winding, nonsensical aisles with very little product. The floors are hideous and the entire page is dull, dark, and unappealing. We will be visiting other pet stores. When you purchase everything on line now wouldn't you want to make the in-person experience positive and engaging?!?

Booked an appointment for bath and brush today at 8:30 am for my toy poodle. First thing this white guy name Zachary (not sure if thats his real name) told me was he cant do any hair cut and I told him i booked for bath only. My dog is not matted to begin with. But he proceeded to check if he is matted with a metal comb. He did not even use a slicker brush to separate his hair first before using the metal brush. He brushed my dog forcefully until he cried and did it multiple times while Im carrying my dog. He said he is matted. When he tried to touch my dog, my dog growled at him. He said He doesnt like me anyways. Of course my dog is gonna growl at him after he traumatize him with the metal comb. FYI my dog has been to different grooming salon and groomers had no problem with him. He likes grooming. But this guy traumatized my dog and left him shivering. He could have told me they dont have time for him or he doesnt have experience with poodles. This is unacceptabl, I cant believe you guys have employee like him
