These wonderful humans are awesome! I found them around the "end" of the COVID-19 shut, when every groomer was booked months out. Kim's had availability for my probably embarrassed and matted, but still very handsome, 20 lb. male maltipoo named Pepper. I dug that they're a family business and really care about what they do.
About three weeks before this last cut, we had an appointment and were running late. We were rushing so energy was high, and unfortunately, on top of that, Pep is epileptic. When we got got there, Pep got really nervous from another client's dog barking. Chris (the man, the myth, the legend), remembered grooming Pep at their previous location and was genuinely understanding of the situation. He suggested rescheduling our appointment to an earlier time, a few days later, so my boy would be less nervous. No gimmicks, hard feelings, or fees... SO cool.
If I could give 5 million stars I would. On top of that, their prices are more than decent. As a seemily very personal family business, they are professional, dedicated, and friendly. Plus my Pep is stylin'! Many thanks!
