Terminix Pest Control

I would never recommend this company. They are so unorganized and rude. The only good thing about this place is the technician that came to the house, Manuel. He was professional and did a great job, unfortunately he does not run the place. I am still waiting for a phone call from a supervisor that I am sure is never coming. They make it impossible to end your contract because they are so unresponsive. They have wasted so much of my time trying to get a hold of someone to even answer a question. They are full of double talk and not one rep gave me the correct info about my contract. Do yourself a favor and try another company.

No matter how many times I attempt to schedule an appointment with this company, they keep saying that I wasn't put into their schedule. I've wasted 3 days waiting for them to arrive. I'm sure they are a good service, but until they fix their scheduling system I'm gonna have to look elsewhere.
