Got into a bicycle vs car mishap resulting in a few nights in the ICU thus hospital bills mounted in the low 6 figures. Shopping around for legal counsel led me to attorney and fellow cyclist Richard Duquette who was highly recommended in the local cycling community. I called the law offices this afternoon and left a message requesting advice about a family members DUI from 20 years ago. Not only did Richard call me back himself within 15 minutes, but he gave me free legal advice with a path forward since the event happened out of state. He practices in CA not NYS. He was extremely knowledgeable, assessed the situation quickly, and gave sound advice. He suggested I complete a google search with specific criteria, which confirmed his advice was on point, and now we are on our way to a resolution! Thanks again. We will definitely be calling this office if we ever need an attorney in the future.

Unprofessional Unethical Attorney who tries to defame clients by implying they are liars.
