Literally the rudest customer service experience in recent memory, stopped in to inquire about a loan on a $3,000 musical item , the "gentleman" and I use that word loosely who came to help me seemed visibly annoyed to be there , glanced at my item as almost disgusted and scoffed saying I quote "I wouldn't even give you fifty dollars for that , you're wasting your time" he never even looked up the item online or opened the box NOTHING lol... I kindly replied that it was a $3,000 item and that was the used price on reverb , ebay etc..... he became even more visibly annoyed and unprofessional telling me to take it somewhere else but and I quote "NOBODY is going to give you I you more than 50 dollars for that "thang" .... he called it a "thang" haha! Anyway.... I take my musical item not even a mile down the street where he told me to and they gave me a $400 loan and was VERY professional and knowledgeable about what I had ..... do NOT go to this rude , unprofessional establishment, I will quote the unkind employee who worked there "you're wasting your time"

I've been coming here for over a year now when I need some fast cash when an unexpected expense comes up, they are my " safety net" so to speak when I poorly manage my money! Love their pooches to, very cute to see a German Shepard and a poodle be such good friends!
