During my first visit with Dr. Amory he made my wife and comfortable by providing us with the information on how the surgery will go. Needless to say, he was very knowledgeable. Having a good feeling about your surgeon for me is key, and my wife and I felt good after our initial appointment. Although, initially it has been very painful as to be expected, my recovery has been going extremely well. My advice for others, push through the pain when doing you exercises and it will pay off in the end. Although, I still have a ways to go, after two months, I just returned from Germany and the Swiss Alps with my son. We did a lot of walking and my knee held up well. I won't lie, I still have some pain, but it is getting much better and the pain is bearable.
