I usually get lucky with good service. However, my husband and I walked in for a quick bite. We walked in, and no one was at the host stand, we waited about 4 minutes even after the server watched us walk in (seemed like she was the only one with a section). There was an employee that seemed she was on lunch or off texting at the tables to our right..once we got seated, it took server a few minutes to greet. They had a QR code for the menu and to place orders. We explained to our server we wanted to order through her, but she insisted it was 'easier'to order through online. Once she took a while to come back to take our order. We just decided to pay for our drink and leave. It wasn't the quick bite we were looking for.

We went in last night (3.25.24) with a party of 14 for a birthday, so we fully understood if things took time and we were more so there to hang out and enjoy being together. We were seated very quickly for how big our party was. When we were seated we were told there are QR codes on the table for menus- we were not told we also had to order from this QR code, we thought we would look at the menu and wait for our waitress, we eventually had to flag her down to try and order drinks for her to tell us it all had to be done on our phones. We ordered and most of the food came out fairly quick. We had an order of Mac n cheese that didnt come out until almost 40 minutes after the rest of the food (everyone was done eating when it came out- the waitress said it had just came out of the oven. The top was hard and crusted cold and the inside was hotter than Texas summer). I had to ask 3 times for extra dressing for my salad before finally getting it. If the waitress wasnt directly dropping something off at our table we never saw her. Trying to flag her down for something was next to impossible. Once she brought boxes, and told us we could pay on our phones the same way we ordered we didnt see her again for over 30 minutes even though some of us had ordered dessert. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 orders of loaded ice cream when we finally asked about it she told us it would be another 10-15 minutes (this was 20 minutes after we ordered) because they were making more of the cinnamon chips that go on it. When we finally got our ice cream we had stale chips Overall throughly not impressed with the service we received, or lack there of.
