Mystic Soul Ritual Shop

Giving this 4 stars because I dont want a small business to be hurt by a lower rating in case the associate my husband and I interacted with is just a disgruntled employee and not the store owner. I was excited to go here as I had liked what I had seen online, and my husband and I had to work hard to find parking and get to the shop in the rain. The associate working there genuinely made us feel unwelcome and like she was angry we even showed up. She refused to acknowledge us or even look at us after her irritated greeting upon our arrival, and she never once offered to help or assist us in any way. My husband and I had just shopped at a similar store in the area where we had received great customer service and felt welcomed and not like our presence was burdening anyone. We looked around the shop and decided not to buy anything because of the poor customer service.

Went in with a list of things I wanted to get. Took about 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even there, after making eyecontact with me and frowning at me several times. Turns out they only had about half the things I was looking for, but I was still interested in buying those items. What changed my mind is that after I had been there another 10 minutes a few ladies walked in and got a big warm welcome with immediate assistance finding what they were looking for! Not sure what the deal is for why it's so hard to get any help when I was the only customer in the store with two employees just hanging out in the back, but apparently some people's money is worth more than mine, so I'll take it somewhere else.

After I had gone to two witch shops, I was directed to this one by Google. The first shop didn't have anything I liked, the second one did not let me get anything with cash. But I found this one and found everything I liked, it was my birthday yesterday and I wanted to treat myself. The lady there was super nice, friendly, and helped me find things that fit me personally. I plan to go back here often now, and they take cash or card so there was no pressure. I fell in love with the poison roll on, and the nose cuff I got haven't used the herb spoon yet. But hope you guys get more books and herbal teas! Thank you guys so much had the best day ever. And this oil is making me super confident.

Mystic Soul is my favorite metaphysical shop in north county. My happy place! Love the vibe and everyone is so kind and helpful. I honestly just come to soak in the good vibes, but its impossible to leave empty-handed. If this was a coffee shop I would pretty much live here. :)
