I've been going to Dennis for over 16 yrs, He's highly skilled , knowledgeable in regards to the body and previous injuries.
The Sound therapy is pretty Amazing, At first I didn't believe in itI was just humoring him but as time went by I saw the effects from it and truly enjoy it

I have been working with Dennis Frate as my massage therapist and spiritual guide for a few years now. His transition into sound therapy I have found very therapeutic. He has enormous knowledge of the body, mind, music, and sound that he combines with sincere sensitivity to help overcome your pain and limitations. As a retired OTR and health administrator who knows therapy, I highly recommend him. His Olympic training background and educational accolades also show his focus on perpetual learning and thoughtful engaging. One of the BEST!

Dennis is truly great at what he does. I have a sciatica issue, among others at various points on my body, and he works on each with the right techniques & pressure for real improvement that is felt for weeks after. I became a regular after the very first visit.
