        Had a first session today with my son and Gloria (Jeannie) used disrespectful language to refer to his friends. A counselor should be a safe space. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Very sad that this was his first impression of and experience with therapy.

Moreover, Jeannie has a remarkable ability to foster an environment of ease and open communication, allowing me to comfortably share anything that weighs on my mind. She has been an invaluable source of guidance during significant life events and transitions. In fact, I recently changed jobs and I am actively ensuring that I remain within her network of coverage. To emphasize the significance, my choice of insurance is now contingent on whether or not Jeannie is included in the network.
