I called the business to ask for more information about their product. Tim not only gave me the information I was looking for but he educated me about motorcycles and how their products can effect my bike. I love how his advice helped me find a part that met my needs and gave me information I needed to stay safe on the roads. I look forward to doing business with you guys again soon!

Tim spent a great amount of time explaining the small details of the engineering of their fork braces and rubber bushings and isolators on the bike. In great detail. He gave me the information needed to make a buying decision and spent an extra amount of time helping. A++++

Simply the worst customer service I have had to deal with. They sent me the wrong part and acted as if they were doing me the favor to have to proper part sent to me. I made sure to match the description and pictures to ebay. The time was mailed from their place of business. Maybe if I go visit them in person and they have to deal with someone in person they wont be so rude over the phone.
