        We had a $63k lighting order for a major shopping mall in the Chicago suburbs. Our order had incorrect quotes, long lead times and missed ship dates before we even received the lights. After we installed the lights, we found pinched wires, gaps in lenses, incorrect factory splices and missing LED connectors. We sent in photos of all this and they accepted no responsibility. We were extremely dissatisfied with Alight's customer service. I would avoid doing business with Alight.
