        I went to Lowes and had a key made three times and each time it didnt work. My first attempt at using this self kiosk at Ralph and the key worked as soon as I got home. Great precision!!

        Tried to get someone to come out to make a new car key. They said they could have someone arrive in an hour and it would be $150. Two hours later a technician calls and says it will be 2 more hours and its $275 so we called the company and asked how much it was supposed to be and they said they would discuss with the technician and then we didnt hear back for over an hour while we waited unable to use our vehicle. We called both the company and technician and never heard back so we went with another company. Couldnt believe how hard it was to get ahold of someone and how little they cared about getting services to people.
