We absolutely loved working with Dexterous on our real-estate project. They tailored our work flows to fit would fit our needs and what the customer would want to stay engaged through the sales process. They helped us brainstorm and come up with new ways to reach our customers! Definitely would use them again on projects like this!

I have worked with Alan, Jonathan, and Robert at Dexterous for a little over a year they have done great work! Creating email templates, graphics, live video content, and consulting on many marketing projects. Awesome, fun team to work with!

To your snarky response - there is no unsubscribe button. That's why I am complaining here instead of just clicking "unsubscribe". This company is absolutely terrible. They have been spamming me out of nowhere for months. Marketing by spam has been out for a long, long time. They obviously are not very innovative to still be using the same old tricks.

Wow! Our family owns and has operated a number of businesses for over 30 years, so we have seen and heard it all for the most part, but Allen and his team at Dexterous Media Group operates in another dimension that you rarely come across. The level of communication is exemplary and complimented with strong active listening skills. The customer service is 1st class that shares a healthy dose of direct honesty with a humble approach. We recommend any business that is serious about their goals and manifesting those intentions, then have Dexterous Media Group execute these directives, as they truly understand that " TIME is MONEY"! Update 12/21/20 Email to owner Alan We have been patient and generous with our time, but now with no response by you or your staff over the past weeks regarding our website, coupled with countless excuses and delays over the past months, we have decided to cancel our business arrangement with your company in developing our company's website.These delays have cost us precious time and thousands of dollars. I should have listened to my wife when she first said that it was a bad sign after you failed to call us for that scheduled meeting at the beginning of September and then didn't even have the decency to call us to explain your actions. We had to call and text you,until finally hours later we received a text...that you were busy in L.A. with meetings? To make matters worse, you then just pawned us off to your staff for all future communication. You went from weekly updates and meetings with you personally, too no update or meeting by you or your staff? What happened to our website that was almost 90% done at the beginning of September? Now all we receive are text messages and or a brief phone call from Jonathan.This of course is only after we reach out for some sort of update. The fact of the matter is that over the past six weeks, neither your or anyone from your staff has made an effort to call us with a progress report or the reason for these delays. We have had to call you or Jonathan every single time and that is unfortunate and inexcusable. We have notified our bank of this cancellation of service to build our company's website, as we never received the promised production of this website to date. End of email... I gave them a 5 star review that I wish I would have waited to give till we actually starting working together, but Alan came off so convincing and organized at first that when he asked if we could post a review we said sure, but like I'm sure many married couples now divorced wish they could take back after they really got to know the person. Should have been a red flag that the first week we started working together Alan already was asking for a positive review. We are now fighting with our bank for the money we paid upfront for a website we never received. Alan did send us an apology email in response to this email for his failure to compete our website, all while behind our back is sending Visa a screen shot of our 5 star review and stating we were happy with his work as though our review dated month before our dispute should justify taking our hard earned money. Sure that's fair...keep our money because you got an obvious premature complement, why finish the job!?You recieved payment and a good review. I know these are dark times and I am sure our circumstances on this matter pale in comparison to the loss so many have felt and live with currently, but it's people and companies like this that feed themselves at the expense of others that our the real disease. I could never look in the mirror or raise our children without knowing I was an impostor and a thief. I lost my father to criminals and knowingly taking a life is an easy conviction, but I caution those that take the weak and easy way out, because you never know just how the slightest action from verbal to physical can change the course of another's life.
