Nick's team of guys did a great job getting everything done. We had our condenser, coil, and thermostat replaced, and it started working immediately. Very personable, responsible, and worked well around my 3 year old and 1 year old who like to get into things. I'm so happy that my house is cool again!

I called this company for a quote for new air conditioning but had a negative experience with them. Initially the two gentlemen came out to my house on a Friday and took a look at my existing ducting and furnace (one of them being the owner, I believe). They asked if my husband was available to talk as well as he should hear what they have to say. I said the air conditioning was my project and that he wasnt available. Once the initial meeting was done, the owner said he would have to work on the quote but could come out Monday to review it, and asked that my husband be there as well. This annoyed me. I should not have to have my husband be part of the decision, I am a fully capable person, and I am the one making our financial decisions anyways. When the two men (not the same ones as Friday) came back to my house Monday, I told them I didnt want to meet and just wanted the quote. They said they didnt have one because they need to look at our existing infrastructure. Which the guys that came out in Friday had already done. I explained this and said I didnt want them going up into my attic again and wasting another hour, when the previous guy already did this. This was a frustrating experience, and the guys that were here Monday were nice and apologized, but I never got a quote, a follow up, or anything. This was just my personal experience, but it was an unpleasant one.
