I missed one appointment because I overbooked that week and it happens...oh God no!! Not with Cheryl..exact words "she doesn't do that; lateness and missed appointments". It was swear to goodness, one appointment. I began the meeting with an apology and an answer but she started with. "she can't help me anymore..and I need an outpatient program." OKAY KAREN..this isn't how you treat your patients. All the reviews are 100 percent correct. Maybe you should reflect on All the one star reviews After being a "therapist" for 30 years. Oh is this a hypomanic episode? Nope it's the truth because you are going to help someone do something tragic... You need help Cheryl McDonald. Compassion and empathy maybe? You're doing your job wrong.
