The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because of the staff. The equipment and gym itself is great, but the staff look miserable and are not nice. When I walk in they don't say hi, smile, or act like they want to be there, usually looking down on their phones laughing amongst eachother. Last time I checked they should be the first impression of the gym... When the gym closes they are rude as well, we get it you want to go home but give me 2 minutes to grab my things without pushing me out. I saw a personal trainer get mad at someone for taking too long on a machine. This is not their private gym to personal train, and other people pay to be there as well. If that's an issue run your own gym, until then don't be rude and wait your turn. The girl looked so uncomfortable and watching the interaction made me annoyed for her. The way the staff speaks to people is unacceptable. Your job is to present yourself professionally depsite how you really feel about the situation. Hire people that actually want to be there and know how to be respectful and possibly throw a smile on their face when greeting people. Should be common sense in a workplace environment, but nowadays people don't know how to be respectful and just act however they want without repercussions. I have tried to be nice, but I don't get paid to be nice... they do.
