Really amazing. Patrick is skilled in all nature of remodel. He changed our tub to walk in shower. He ran into all kinds of odd and difficult challenges in our 35 year old home and overcame each one. He spent time with us, listening to our interests and desires. Then, he kept at it until it was perfect. Don't hire him to slap something up quick and dirty. You and he will both be frustrated. Absolutely call him when you want a new space you will love for years to come or want something any new buyer will love.

Patrick did a great job on a number of jobs at my Oceanside home.  The most memorable of which was his work to install garden lights.  The commercial LED light fixtures were expensive so he made some out plastic pipes and other lighting parts for a fraction of the cost.  He is highly intelligent and creative and has demonstrated this on several occasions.  He redid the wall and installed niche's with lighting.  The work was flawless and you can't tell where he broke the drywall and repainted.

Patrick did a wonderful job on redoing our flooring (linoleum to porcelain tile), dry wall, paint, electrical wiring and host of other smaller items. He can do everything it seems like. He took it upon himself to check electrical work and other safety items. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was very professional and knowledgeable, his rates are reasonable and he treated our condo like it was his own house. He knows how to deal with landlords and tenants. I look forward to doing business with him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I've come to know Patrick through needing many home repairs that others thought were impossible to do.  Or I had the work done poorly leaving me to have Patrick re-do "other guy's work". He is incredibly talented and highly intelligent so not only does the years of experience come with him - his ability to do exquisite work in innovative ways and look beautiful is remarkable. He also is very conscious of cost  and does his research to find the best product at the best price.  He is a rare gem...I haven't found anyone who can come close to his work.  and I've been through quite a costly events few for comparison.
