Horrific. They take forever. They dont even catch their own errors and corrections until you have to send them back your own corrections that they shouldve fixed or pointed out on the first review plan check. They do not answer their phone, they take an unacceptable amount of time to respond to emails. I do not recommend them. Hopefully more cities will understand how to enforce their own contracts for time.
