Fire Mountain Cleaners

Asked for dry cleaning on several items, they laundered them and shrank everything defeating the purpose for dry cleaning. This place costed me a couple hundred bucks by ruining my clothing. Everything smells like dollar store detergent, but it's all going to donation now anyway. I don't like writing negative reviews, but this was just incredibly frustrating.

I would not recommend bringing your clothes here. I have used this place 3 times in total. The first two times I was almost certain they steamed it and gave it right back. The third time i made a mental note of all the stains that needed to be removed and when I came back to pick it up I noticed that there were even more stains than when I left it. There was blue markings on the front of the shirt that was not there before.. I asked them what stains did they even get out and why they were new ones and their response was they werent sure but they tried and thats whats they got. I said it was unacceptable to give me this item back with more stains than it was left with. She said that I could come back in a week and they would try again. I come back a week later to pick it up and it looks like a brand new shirt. I asked why this was able to be done after I complained, but it wasnt done the first time I dropped it off. And she said they didnt want any problems so they went over it multiple times. That should be done in the first place? You should be doing all you can IN THE FIRST PLACE. They are complacent. And will try and get away with shotty work if you let them.

Unfortunately I wanted to really like this place. It my first time getting dry cleaning on a dress for an event that I have today(Saturday) I dropped it off Thursday 9am. Im here now to pick it up and the owner just walked in at 8:30am Store hours are 8:00am
