We used this place a few times .. When my wife came in to pick up my work shirts as she usually does.. One of my very best Brooks Brothers work shirts had two large stains they looked like burns according to my wife.. The management there said those stains were there before. That was a obvious Lie as they would have not accepted it. They would not admit to ruining my shirt this is very dishonest behavior to a good customer and I recommend no one go to this place has these people are not honorable people if theyre going to ruin a shirt they should at least admit it. RUN do not walk to somewhere else before they do it to you!
