Emerald Dental Practice

I am in the process of obtaining a new dentist. Ive always subscribed to the theory the most important person you meet in an office environment is the first person you meet - adding to that this person is more than likely sitting at the front desk as soon as you walk in. Upon my entrance to this dental office a young woman greeted me and couldnt have been nicer. I asked questions to gain an informed decision and she answered them to my liking. Thats where the positive experience ended. To the side sat a dark haired woman who was starting at me the whole time. When I started asking about how do fees work and are they consistent with my Delta Dental plan the Dark haired woman got into the discussion. After her confusing explanation regarding fees ( clue 1) I tried to reframe back to her what I thought I heard. Her response in an aggressive intimidating tone, thats not what I said. Needless to say. She ended any thoughts I had about considering this dental Office. In fairness I know nothing about the dentist. The office was comforting and well designed. The first person you meet in an office environment speaks volumes about the office attitude. Mark Lees

They are a caring group of dentists that explain everything they will be doing in detail. They also work with you on doing payments. Good people great administrative workers very sweet ladies. Lillian Lewis

I went to this dentist. I paid $1800 in cash. Decided to change to a different dentist and was told I had to wait 45 days for my money. I waited past the 45 days. Called a couple of times got the run around and then was told they dont write checks so I gave them my debit card. They said they would put my money on it right away. 5 days later no money I called again to be told the money was deposited on Monday. I checked my bank no money. I drove to the office to be told the office manager was not there and I would have to wait till Wednesday. To me this is a dishonest Dentist. Who lies. I am getting upset about the lies about my money. They have been paid months ago by my dental insurance. Do not prepay them you will have a really hard time getting your money back.
