I needed a new phone jack. I called many but had to leave a message. A few called back. Telephone Jacks answered their phone and set up an appointment. The technician was not able to make the scheduled time and came by my office to let me know. He actually apologized and rescheduled for the next day. The very next day He came and repaired my problem as he said he would. Integrity and honesty is their policy. The cost was not a shock. Just moved to a new home and needed an extra telephone jack for my home office. They came and did the install the same day and answered any questions that I had. Very happy with the service; quick, professional and polite.

When we moved into our new offices we needed to wire our internal telephone extensions for our existing telephone system.  Cindy did a a great job and in record time.  Later when we added an extension we called on Telephone Jacks again and once again were thrilled with the quality of the work.Our telephone system installers were impressed with not only the work done by Telephone Jacks, they were also amazed to find notes for them regarding what work had been done and a diagram of the extensions wired to help them with their end of the work.  This was something they have never had before.And to top it all off, they even vacuumed the carpet when they where done!
