I highly recommend this company. I was having trouble with my wifi working correctly and wasn't able to fix it myself. The owner came and got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was honest professional and also got my network running faster than it has ever been.

AMAZING!!!  Don was extremely helpful and reassuring that we could work through my laptop issue.  I had an "update and restart" message on my laptop, which I did and when my laptop restarted, it was as if I had a new system.  All of my files were gone.  That has never happened when I have updated before.  Don was very calm and walked me through the process remotely.  At first, he couldn't find my files but after searching, he was able to find them.  The update moved all my files to another location.  Who knew...???  Don did!  As I said before, he was very reassuring because I knew those files were gone, gone, gone.  I would recommend Don and will definitely contact him again if I have tech issues.  THANK YOU DON!!!!

Don is amazing! He was able to walk me through some basic troubleshooting over the phone and get me back up and running in no time. His knowledge and courtesy know no match, I will definitely be using him for any and all computer related issues in the future.

Don was super helpful and honest . I had an old computer that I was going to do a bunch of upgrades on but he took the time to go through and see how old it was and realized that it may have problems soon , so he recommended getting a new computer . Then , even tough he realized he wouldnt be making any money , he took the time to give me advice on what new computer to get and even found one online that he recommended based on what I needed. Then, when I offered to pay for his time and advice , he said dont worry about it.
