SAN3 Amazon Fulfillment warehouse: KBS is a company with poor benefits, poor professionalism from the people in charge, unskilled leads don't even speak English, 1st shift is overloaded of hard work and the other shifts are lazy, poor values and unfortunately if you get hurt inside the SAN3, people in charge don't even care about it. Melissa, a latina or Mexican girl is the manager's assistant doesn't have the experience how to manage employees, immature lady and subordinate, NO HOLIDAYS OFF, NO weekends off, nothing except your paycheck, and you have to use your personal cellphone as a tool. Toxic environment work conditions at KBS, people don't last there. The only human leader and close to be professional is Angeles, she demonstrates values, she treats you as a human being, not a simple employee.
