        Grant, the store manager was extremely helpful and patient with me and helped me make the right decision without ever being pushy. This is by far my favorite local T-Mobile brick and mortar location.

        Dont ever go to the store. I spent three hours in there one time because my father had lost his phone and we tried to get another phone the second time I spent about 45 minutes in there to get a screen protector and they told me that I didnt have insurance for it and they didnt have any record that I paid for it, so I went to the store on Balboa T-Mobile store and those people are professionals. They took care of me. I was in and out less than eight minutes. Those people at the Balboa T-Mobile store in San Diego. California are the best those people over there and Oceanside T-Mobile on Marion Road. Forget it, the worst experience and theyre not very nice people either
