Had Chef D for 5 Hungry Canadian boys in Oceanside. 6 course meal was the highlight of the trip. Professional and the food taste and presentation was awesome. Next time in town will for sure hire Chef D again!!

Best meal of my life. Darrell came to our beach rental to prepare a meal for our company retreat (~20 people). Darrell was very responsive leading up to the dinner (and on short notice too), clear in his communication, and very thorough. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted the meal to be and Darrell quickly and expertly assessed our needs and put together an amazing menu. The night of was absolutely exceptional. I am not prone to hyperbole, but this was hands down the best meal of my life. Everything he made was fresh and cooked to perfection. The quality of ingredients was excellent, and the preparation was phenomenal. The entire team is still talking about the meal a week later. He took care of every detail and we had nothing to worry about. I cannot recommend Darrell's services enough. Thank you!!

Chef D came all the way out to Hawaii to cater my beach wedding. The whole room fell silent to enjoy his food! He's kind of a big deal.
