        Signed up in Dec 2021 for a second time, hoping service would be better than it was the first time around. Nope! Constantly missed deliveries or wrong amount of 5gallon bottles dropped off or they would deliver new bottles but leave the empties. We cancelled weeks ago, they missed 3 scheduled dates to pick up the empty bottles and the cooler. We have to drop it off now because they have decided not to pick it up, probably so they can continue to charge us for the cooler. Never using them again.

        Worst experience I've ever had with a company. When I first ordered the water and dispenser, they never showed up. I gave them a call and they said there was no one on our route that day so they would come the next day. Would have been nice to know. They come the next day and just drop it off. No one stayed to set it up. Luckily I've used it before and its fairly easy to set up, but the dispenser ends up not working and is super noisy. I give them a call and they say they will come replace it with another unit. AGAIN they did not show up. I give them another call and they say they will come 2 days later. They drop off the "new" dispenser and it seems to work fine until I realize its leaking all over my hard wood floors (see image). At this point I'm done with this company so I call to cancel and they say that they can't come pick everything up until the water bottles are empty. Umm...how am I supposed to drink this water without working dispensers? DO NOT waste your time with this company. They do not care at all about their customers.
