Shana did amazing on my brows lamination, tint and wax. I am so so grateful!! Will most definitely come back, already logged in my calendar.

Maile was nice but the dip manicure only lasted a week. I tried reaching out to her but she never responded to fix the fingers that were breaking after 4 days. Dip should last 2-3 weeks easy so I would not go back.

After waiting 17 minutes for Rosemary. It was a no show, a little disappointed because i did receive a confirmation email - confirming day and time I took time off of work and now I am going back to work with out eye make up :). None the less, I know scheduling systems can cause errors but if its a recurring issue I would up date what needs to be updated.

I had HIGH hopes for this place and was unfortunately let down. I scheduled a lash lift with one of the girls and left with my lashes not curled or even lifted. I expressed my concerns and was told to reschedule for a later day and I did. The morning of my appointment I was notified that the girl had an emergency and couldnt see me and to book an appointment with another girl and I did and as soon as the appointment was booked I was notified that the second person I booked with was moving and I had to chose ANOTHER DIFFERENT technician, again I did just that and this 3rd technician texted me a couple hours prior to ask if I was okay with going to her home for the service because she was not going to be in the shop and again I agreed and said it would be fine. Lastly, I got a message from the 3rd technician cancelling because she was not going to be available. This was EXTREMELY stressful and inconvenient, I worked with all of the techs when they needed it, given I got my money back, and the third tech tried to see if I could go in later but I am upset and frustrated. I hope no one else has to jump through all of these hoops to get some kind of service. Pictures immediately after the lash lift was completed are attached.

Im giving two stars because Nadine was very nice and accommodating when there was a scheduling conflict but overall the experience wasnt the best. First, their scheduling system does not provide the correct days and times (hence the scheduling issue I had). Its also very cumbersome and asks you to provide the same information (name and email) three different times. Next, Ive been here before one other time and I actually didnt realize it until I got there otherwise I wouldnt have come back because their lash/brow room is tiny, hot, and has no ventilation. If youve ever had this service you know the chemicals stink and ventilation is absolutely necessary. Lastly, Nadine mentioned she was newly graduated and specializes in facials, not brow lamination/lash lift but if a company is going to schedule them for that service I would assume they know how to do it well enough to be $72 with tip. I left there almost exactly the same as I arrived. My lashes were not lifted and hardly tinted. My brows look laminated but I think she missed a step or something because after sleeping on them they are back to normal. Services: Eyebrows, Lash lift
