We recently worked with Todd, the owner of Pool and Landscape Development. We contacted him after finding him on Yelp, reading through his reviews and speaking with one of his previous clients. We solicited his company for a price to install a new front and rear yard after new construction. The job included an in-ground spa, firepit, retaining walls, hardscape as well as complete landscaping for both front and rear yards. We were very satisfied with Todds professionalism and the level of service he provided. He is very knowledgeable in his field and responded back quickly to any concerns or questions we had regarding the project. Todd provided sound ideas and assistance on our designs and worked to keep our project on time and within budget. He did not try to nickel-and-dime us on every little thing.
Right from the beginning and throughout the entire process, Todd kept us up-to-date on what to expect. There were no surprises or unexpected issues that came up during the project that were not satisfactorily handled. His workmen and sub-contractors were all very professional, neat and they cleaned up when they finished work each day. Todd provided a high level of customer service from the initial contact throughout the entire project. Typical of this, after the project was completed, we had a question regarding the initial start-up of our new spa. I contacted Todd at 10:30 PM on the weekend, and he promptly replied providing the needed assistance.
Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Pool and Landscape Development for any of your pool and/or landscape projects.
