Rigid Light Shop

Purchased Light on 12/25/2020, Half of light bar stopped working on 01/25/2021. I contacted Rigid Light Shop for help. I was told to contact Rigid directly as it's not their problem. I would not recommend buying from them because they don't stand behind/take responsibility for what they sell. A good company would deal with the manufacture on your behalf because they took your money with no questions. If your thinking about buying from Rigid Light Shop, please don't make the mistake I did. Buy directly from Rigid, then if you have an issue you don't have to run around for six hours for help because the manufacture tells you to contact the seller, the seller tells you to contact the manufacture. Rigid light shop sells lights marketed as "Made in America" however this is not the fact. My light broke and I had to fix it myself. I took the light to a shop and they said all the parts are from China. So to get it fix I would have to wait for the parts to be shipped out of China. I paid American Money to get American Quality, American Craftsmanship, and American Warranty. I did not get any of this with rigid light shop. Definitely do not recommend, as there are thousands of business that would love the opportunity to earn your money. This business is not one of them.

Sub par quality products, Horrible customer service. I have a warranty issue and no one is stepping up to the plate. Lights are only 6 months old with about 10 hours of use. Definitely do not recommend and will not be doing business with rigid light shop or rigid industries again.

Bad after sales customer service. I emailed Todd, the owner about a defective product and never heard anything back. I highly DO NOT suggest doing business with this company. I am not a big fan of Amazon, but if you are ever not happy or need help Amazon would not just ignore/block your requests for assistance. If you still want to buy from this company please be forewarn that once they have your money. YOU ARE NOW ON YOUR OWN. No support if you have issues. To them, you no longer exists on this planet. Spend your hard earned money at a place that appreciates it and stands behind their commitment to not selling Garbage.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Company will take your money and send you sub par lights that won't last. When you turn on your lights and discover they don't work, don't expect to have any type of service/warranty. Rigid Light Shop is top 8 of the worse companies to work with. Save your money and go with a company that will stand behind the products they sell and actually hold true to commitment to quality. My $900 dollar light stopped working 24 days after installing and neither the seller (rigid light shop) or the manufacture (rigid industries) is willing to make things right. They are playing "pass the hot potato" and resorting to the blame game. I made the mistake of reading reviews after I did business with them, don't make my mistake, read reviews and public ratings before shelling out your hard earned cash. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, LIKE A CROWD FULL OF CORONAVIRUS.
