I've seen some bad reviews here, and they may be justified, but I have always been impressed with ABF Freight. Drivers are friendly, professional and on-time. No complaints.

Arcbest quote team/ABF Freight delivery team is excellent to work with. Sent back my freight Package back to the business and got it delivered in timely manner

This company is a DISASTER. We had appliances scheduled for last week and the truck just didn't show up. I called the next day and there wasn't even an apology - just a very irritated tone with a new date as if it was my fault for their mistake. I even told her an apology for this inconvenience would be appreciate and she just said "ok" and STILL DIDN"T APOLOGIZE.
Now it's the end of the day on the rescheduled date and the appliances are still nowhere to be found. I've been on hold for 40 minutes and no one seems to be interested in telling us if our delivery is coming today. I'm beginning to wonder if they lost them.
I get that issues happen but the completely disinterested almost lazy response on the phone is just WILD. I can't believe a company like this can stay in business.
If you're a business planning to contract with this company for deliveries PLEASE DON'T.
