This is for their used car division. I listed my car on websites and One Toyota responded with a price range and asked me to come in. So I took my car in to get it checked. They test drove my car and said it worked nicely. When they came back with their offer they said the manager said they would be taking a risk to purchase my car since they are a Toyota dealership and they don't sell Audi's and their offer was 3k lower than the low end of the range they gave me. The reason I'm posting this bad review is if they already knew that, why ask me to come in if they are worried about selling a used Audi. It's deceitful since they give you a range and then when you get there, throw you a low ball offer with excuses. Just be up front and honest if you are going to take up someone's time to come in. Don't believe it if you get an offer from this dealership.

You really need to be careful on purchasing on this dealership. Upon reviewing some of the carfax of used car on their lot, theres alot of red flags that is really concerning.. One of the vehicle i look into has Odometer reading of 22k miles on Feb 2022 and jump to 34k miles on March 2024 with no record in between that span of time.. When I told the salesperson about this he pursuade me to into look other vehicle and when he wasnt able to get into other vehicle, he just hang up one me.. rude tsk tsk tsk
