      image ROBIN is very rude. Just because you own a business, does NOT give you the Ok to be hella rude to past customers and future customers. Learn how to be more friendlier, and not ARGUE with the customer and hang up in their face. You didn’t care to see why your customer was upset. You put fuel to the fire, and you will not get my business again. Oh but in your exact words “ YOU ARE THE OWNER, AND THE MANAGER OF THIS PARTICULAR JACKSON HEWITT, AND YOU DON’T GIVE A DAMN IF I NEVER COME BACK TO JACKSON HEWITT.” Right Ms. Robin?
