        HR Block agent made multiple errors on my 2021 qnd 2022 tax returns which has led to me spending hours resolving. I filed a greivence with HR Block but had to follow up several times to move the grievence along and have yet to receive compensation. Hence I need to contact HR Block once again to find out what id going on. No customer should have to go through what I have to resolve an issue.
