        I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. I had a priority overnight package shipped to my business. I waited three hours for the delivery and the driver blew by my business and entered no recipient or office closed in the system. The office manager was rude and unhelpful. I am now sitting here waiting for a time sensitive package that may or may not arrive today depending on the whim of the delivery driver according to the office manager. Unprofessional and unable to provide the service paid for.

        they didn't give us our package before christmas. it was right there. they lied to our faces, saying there was no delay. it said there was a delay on fedex's tracking website.
