Fantastic experience with the staff at A1 in Oakland. Prisma and Lataevia were extremely helpful and made the whole process of renting a new storage unit as easy as could be. Definitely recommend this storage center.

I find A1 self storage on high Street to be extremely professional, helpful kind and courteous. They helped me solve problems immediately the team there is awesome. Ive been renting there for 10 years and Ive had a total of four different units. This is simply the best and safest its also clean.

The service at A-1 High Street is fantastic. Prisma and Lataevia were so friendly, accomodating and great to chat to. Prisma was fantastic with helping us get started with a new unit, she showed us a few units to select he best for our needs and was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She ensured that all of our questions were answered, our concerns were eased and she made sure to provide us with the best deal. To top things off, she gave us some great recommendations for local food :) The storage space is easily accessible, clean and secure and the systems they have in place to make coming and going as seamless as possible.
