My wife and I randomly found Josh during an open house one day many years ago, and since then he has both helped us purchase and subsequently sell a home. His level of patience helping us find a house in a tough market was unparalleled, and then when we wanted to sell years later everything went perfectly. Josh helped us find a great home in Berkeley after moving from San Francisco. He showed us all over the East Bay including homes in Oakland, El Cerrito, and Alameda. Finally we found our home in Berkeley. Josh helped us beat out another offer the week of Thanksgiving. Even through the holiday he was willing to help us get the house we wanted. Even after we closed he has always been available to give recommendations and referrals for any remodels and repairs. I cant recommend him enough to be your agent.
