This is our second time working with Kayla Viola. Our first transaction, we bought a condo knowing it would be a stepping stone with a plan to upgrade in the future. We saved a lot of money this way since we were paying into our own investment instead of rent to another landlord. Our 5 year plan became a 3 year plan since we earned a bit of equity, so it was time to upgrade. She is amazing at making the process of purchasing a home easy and efficient. She'll walk you every step of the way including working with a loan officer for a pre-approval so we'll have a strong stance when we make an offer, suggest, schedule ,and tour homes, getting documents to understand what we're looking at with these homes, and strategizing on putting an offer. It doesn't stop there, she'll do her homework on the property location and will tell you if there's anything to worry about. With her along the entire process we had a lot less to worry about and in no time we had keys in our hands. Thank you Kayla

As a first time home buyer, there were so many unknows, and hurdles to navigate, that I don't know how we would have done it without Rebecca's help and support. For us, finding the right realtor made all the difference, not only in finding the best home, but even more so in the offer and closing process.
