Kim was an absolute delight to work with. We were very new and naive to the home buying process, and she was honest and defined things for us, which was exactly what we wanted. She told us what things to look for, what we needed to think about, and was there for us during the highs and the lows of buying a house in the Bay Area. She also gave us time to make our own decisions as a family. We worked with her over the period of about 6 months. Our third offer was accepted and we bought a house that we truly love. The back yard is sick and it's a perfect house for a new and growing family. I highly recommend working with Kim, especially if you are a first time home buyer. She will bend over backwards to help you figure out what you want in a home.

Kim Cole is the best in the business! She helped us literally every step of the way. She also helped us sell our existing home and we got a great price thanks to her tactical negotiating. Kim helped us find our existing home which is literally our dream home in the neighborhood that weve always wanted to move toPiedmont! This was a task that other realtors told us was impossible, basically keep dreaming. Kim took a different approach with us and really took into consideration the whole picture, not just a nearly impossible task. We told her, we know you are going to laugh, but our ultimate desire is to move to Piedmont. She very nicely answered, I am not laughing. Lets work on it. Kim helped me buy a house in a neighborhood I really love. I restricted my house search to a small area so there were only a few listings that I would consider. The search took nearly a year. Kim was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process. Whenever I wanted to see a house, she readily accommodated my schedule. She is also very knowledgeable about the market and knows many people working in real estate in the area. We closed quickly and smoothly. As a 1st time homebuyer, I was very happy to have Kim's guidance throughout the process.

It was a no brainer to work with Kim again during the process of selling our home, as she helped us land our dream home 5 years ago in an off market opportunity as first time buyers.
