Xinh has been amazing throughout our first-time home buying process. When our family was doing our research for a realtor, we really connected with Xinh. She was honest, professional, and understood our needs as a family. Xinh has been so patient with us as first-time home buyers, answering all the big and small questions. She consistently check-in with us and responds to our texts and emails promptly. Additionally, she was phenomenal during our closing process, she made the process smooth and really helped us to keep us on our timeline to close especially during a pandemic. We are so happy and grateful to have such an amazing realtor!

Xinh helped us find a home when we didn't even think we could afford something in our desired location. Before we started our search she was very patient and sat down (virtually) with us, to discuss our wants and needs, and what to expect of the process. She was never pushy or tried to show us something that was outside of our (very small) budget. Whenever we had a question she was responsive, and always kept us in the loop, following up with other people before we even needed to ask. She recommended great professionals that assisted us throughout this journey and we will be forever thankful for all her help!

Xinh represented us multiple times with different real estate transactions, where we were either the seller or buyer of property. She is very professional, knowledgeable, organized, proactive, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. She asked clarifying questions that helped us articulate our needs and requirements. Xinh clearly explained and provided guidance on what to expect at different stages of both the selling and purchase processes and beyond. She anticipates and easily handles issues that may arise. When we indicated interest in some properties outside of the Bay Area, she researched and vetted different agents before recommending someone to work with us and followed up with them to ensure our needs were being met. Xinh asks for feedback to understand what went well and areas for improvement during the selling/buying process. We would look to Xinh to help us with future real estate business!

It was our first time purchasing a house and we were super glad we found Xinh. We simply can not say enough good things about her. She was not only personable and easy to work with, but also really knew her stuff. She was fast, resourceful, and a text ninja (super easy to reach). We closed a very good house (4 beds, 2000+ sqft) in a great neighborhood in Oakland with Xinh's help. We got a great price as well! We were first time homeowners, so we were super picky with the price, location, house, and even smaller things like a nice bathtub. It took us over 5 months to find a house that we wanted and Xinh was patient throughout the whole entire process. She never pressured us to find a place. She worked with our pace and just checked in once in a while. When it came to negotiations, she got down to business and negotiated hard on our behalf. If it wasn't for Xinh, I don't think we would have gotten such a great deal.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent! Xinh has been incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of buying our house. She was patient answering all our MANY questions without judgment. She advocated for our needs and got us a lower price than we were willing to offer. She has gone above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for us, often helping to watch our baby so we can get paperwork done. Xinh is very caring and thoughtful, and even brought us some gifts for our baby. Even though the process of buying a house is extremely stressful, we always felt confident that Xinh had good judgment and provided us honest advice.
